If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

20% restocking fee will be applied for any opened non-defective/damaged items. For time sensitive items or new released item, return policy will be more strict for such items, we may charge 20% restocking fee for unopened item, and up to 50% for open item. Shipping fee is not refundable.
50% restocking fee will be applied if we receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, you must report the defect/damage to us within 14 days of delivery and make return arrangements. Please contact us by email for special instructions


NOTE: We must verify the serial number and hidden security marks on all returns so please confirm you are returning the exact item delivered. We will not be able to accept any return that is not the EXACT item original shipped

Why Restocking Fees?

When dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, we have to deal with more costs to handle the return.

All returns must be thoroughly inspected and tested when received back at the warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials usually need to be utilized because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking are not insignificant.

The customer is responsible to pay the actual shipping charges in both directions.

If the item is NEW, We are stuck with a product that cannot be sold as New anymore

The bottom line is restocking fees are a statement by companies that they feel the person who decides to return a non-defective item should pay for the associated costs. This is perfectly fair, as long as restocking fees are only charged in cases where an item is returned due to a bad buying decision. The customer should be held accountable for their mistakes.
