I was so glad to have found these folks. When I contacted Bose, I was told my Lifestyle v25 was not repairable as parts were no longer available. Their solution was to sell me a sound bar with a discount. I don't care how great the discount, a sound bar cannot replace a Lifestyle Surround Sound System. In just a few days I had a refurbished replacement of only the console as all of the speaker system was still good. Great product and great customer service.

I am over the moon with my Bose Wave Music System with multi-CD changer!!! Everything works perfectly. The sound is sweet to my ears. There was hiccup in the "it's shipped" when it hadn't, but I was called by the seller to assure me it would ship within 5 business days; it arrived about 5 days later in like-new condition. I would buy from USAV Solutions again... and recommend to my friends.
I wanted an FM radio with hi quality sound. My WiFi is unreliable. Not easy to find. I ordered the Bose III with a cd player. I paid extra for early delivery. It arrived in 2 days as advertised. The condition is perfect. Sound is great. Better than I expected. It came with an attachment to play bluetooth from my phone. Now I have all bases covered. Even got a $10 FM antenna from Bose. Highly recommended.
Great repair and customer service... highly recommended! These folks repaired my 17 year old Acoustimass subwoofer for a reasonable price, quickly, and with excellent communication with me. Happy to do business with these people again!
Finally I found USAV website which I have been looking for a Bluetooth for my Bose Lifestyle. I have not been using it in years. I'm enjoying the surround sound in my living room. I called the Bose company but they are no help. Now I know where to shop for my future Bose peoductsand the online prices are competitive. I called thier tech. support very friendly to assist me and very patient over the phone and was able to guide me step by step process. KUDOS to USAV. Chicago guy
