What’s Covered

• Coverage for eligible product breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Parts and labor coverage with no deductible.
• Repair or replacement service, subject to product and parts availability.
• If the covered product cannot be repaired or replaced, USAV Solutions will determine the appropriate resolution according to the terms of the protection plan.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a Protection Plan claim, including:

• Shipping the product to USAV Solutions for inspection or repair.
• Shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

USAV Solutions does not provide prepaid shipping labels or reimburse shipping costs under this Protection Plan.

Important Eligibility Notice

Not all USAV Refurbished products are eligible for this Protection Plan.

Certain products may be excluded because:

• The manufacturer has discontinued the product.
• Replacement parts are no longer available.
• The product cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced.
• The product model is specifically excluded from the Protection Plan.

USAV Solutions reserves the right to decline or cancel a Protection Plan purchase if the associated product is not eligible for coverage. If the plan is declined before coverage begins, the Protection Plan payment will be refunded.

Purchasing this Protection Plan does not automatically guarantee that every product or model is eligible for coverage.
