So far so good :) I do have to turn up the volume a bit on this older model just doesn't seem to have the same sound as the other Bose that I have, but with that said, there is nothing like a Bose. The service at USAV is top notch. They respond quickly to emails, repairs are done in no time and the radios are packed, shipped, and delivered without any issues and arrived exactly when I expected it to be. So happy I just purchased another one, so an easy 5 stars!
