The price is for the repair of all issues. All you need to do is purchase the auction and send your unit. It will be repaired within one day and shipped back to you. It's as easy as that!

• Repair Service Process

1. Place Your Repair Order
   Complete the payment process for the repair service. Shipping cost will be included at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with detailed packing instructions.
2. Pack and Ship Your Unit
   Carefully pack your Bose Wave Music System and use your own shipping label to send it to us. If needed, contact us for help with a cost-effective return label (shipping cost at your expense).
3. Repair Process
   Once received, your unit will be repaired within 3-5 business days. If major parts (e.g., CD drive or motherboard) need replacement, an additional charge of $60 or more may apply.
4. Return Shipping
   We will securely pack your repaired unit and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs are included in your checkout total.
5. Warranty Coverage
   Your repair includes a 30-day warranty. You can extend this up to 6 months for added peace of mind click HERE

Example: If We receive it on a Monday it will be repaired on Tuesday and shipped that same day as long as there are not several major issues with your unit. The vast majority of units do not have several major issues.
