Carefully pack your Bose Wave Music System and use your own shipping label to send it to us. If needed, contact us for help with a cost-effective return label (shipping cost at your expense). - Repair Process
Once received, your unit will be repaired within 3-5 business days. If major parts (e.g., CD drive or motherboard) need replacement, an additional charge of $60 or more may apply. - Return Shipping
We will securely pack your repaired unit and ship it back to you. Return shipping costs are included in your checkout total. - Warranty Coverage
